Anchor Grup is part of the Fiba Group of companies and has been active in real estate development in Eastern Europe since 1997. Today, with €402 million of completed and committed real estate developments in the pipeline on 536,000 sqm, Anchor Grup has extensive know-how and expertise in retail, residential and office development.

The company’s major developments are: Bucuresti Mall, the first mall in Romania; Plaza Romania, the most popular retail and leisure destination in Bucharest; Anchor Plaza, the first A-class business center integrated with a shopping center in Bucharest; and InCity Residences, a prime residential compound in downtown Bucharest.
